Heritage flooring made a difficult job look easy. They sanded and stained the existing hardwoods in our house and the color came out fantastic. Easy process, great service and their crews were excellent. We just had them come back and add new French oak flooring to for an addition and they knocked it out of the park again. Quick, easy and clean. Can’t recommend Brad and Matt enough, if you are in the charleston area I would highly recommend these guys.

We have done a lot of renovating on our home over the past 2 years. These guys are the best of the best. Easy to work with, respond quickly, and fairly priced. When our floor that we demoed needed to be framed, they contacting someone and got it done the next day on a Saturday. I would not hesitate to use again and they are the only flooring company I would recommend. 12/10

Can’t express how great these guys are. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and just good people. Had some additional questions about the product so emailed Matt on a Sunday and he replied back in minutes. Also met with Brad and his knowledge helped put us at ease. The crew that installed floors were the same way. Just good professional company and easy to work with. If you are shopping companies, stop calling around and go to Heritage. You won’t have any regrets.

Heritage did a phenomenal job restoring our 200 year old heart pine floors. We discovered our old floors covered with newer flooring, full of nails and old linoleum adhesive. Honestly thought maybe we made a mistake uncovering them, but after their team went to work the floors look incredible. We are so happy we choose Heritage Flooring to save our floors. Amazing work.

We were so happy with Heritage Flooring. Matt went out of his way to quickly provide an estimate, offer us several options and get the job done ASAP. His crew removed wall-to-wall carpet from three bedrooms and replaced them with luxury vinyl floors in just one day. They did a fantastic job and we're so happy with the results.

Solid communication back and forth to work with project date changes. Crew worked quick and were helpful moving stuff around as they worked.

This is the first review I have ever left. My wife and I just finished a complete remodel of a house, which included an addition of a master suite. Matt, Brad, and their team were notable in a few ways: 1. We had issues with our stain not matching what was existing in the home. They spent a great deal of time and effort with us helping to match the existing floors (white oak) but more importantly the stain. This was unanticipated, and yet there was never an added charge or complaint. They simply provided a solution. 2. My wife and I just had our second child, and I started medical school. This meant that I had very little time to help prep the space, but Brad, one of the partners, made multiple trips to help troubleshoot the transitions between the old house and the new addition, to help tape and put down ramboard, etc. 3. One of the biggest niceties was how often one of the partners of the business was overseeing work. They had one of their busiest weeks with multiple jobs going on simultaneously - jobs that were significantly larger thats ours - but we never felt as if we were a low priority in their eyes. They gave us the same level of service as another job valued at 10x ours. This is impressive and noteworthy given our history with subcontractors, construction, and remodel. 4. We had multiple negotiations about price, and I always felt that they offered competitive pricing. After seeing the quality of their work in our home (which is literally excellent), how much they were invested in our job during its progression, the level of professionalism that was exhibited, and the fact that they were so DEPENDABLE, it could not have been easier to write that check. They earned every bit of it. It is important to note that we have had floor work done before in the house that we remodeled. We did pay a little less for the work, but they were inconsistent with when they showed up, unreliable to pick up calls or follow through with their commitments, and the quality of their work was mediocre at best. If you are in the market for new floors, go ahead, make yourself feel better by getting yourself three quotes for your job - one from Heritage and two elsewhere. And then afterwards, do yourself a favor and go with Heritage. You, your family, and your house will be better for it.

My home looks like a million with my new Country Road, Harvest, Vinyl plank flooring! I swore I would never buy vinyl flooring, but with a slab foundation you are more limited in flooring choices depending on how much you spend. I met with Mathew Meadows of Heritage Flooring who was absolutely delightful! He measured my home then met with me to discuss hardwood, engineered hardwood, and vinyl plank flooring. I was impressed by his knowledge and all the products, but fell in love with Country Road! I am now almost 3 months out and I love my floors more everyday. They are great for me and my Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. Thanks Matt for all your help!
